Joseph Bell
Senior Pastor
Pastor Joe has served as Lead Pastor at River City Community Church since July 2019. He and his wife Carolyn have four daughters: Emma, Abigail, Hannah and Maggie. Pastor Joe is a graduate of Southeastern University with a degree in Theology. Prior to coming to RC3, he served as a Lead Pastor in Michigan and Arkansas as well as youth and young adults ministries in Illinois for over 10 years. Joe and Carolyn have a passion for leading and discipling believers into a deeper walk with Christ. In his spare time, Pastor Joe enjoys reading, coffee, and spending time with his family.
Carolyn Bell
Worship and Kids Director
Carolyn Bell has led River City Kids for Three years and is currently serving as Worship Director. She’s served with Pastor Joe, led women’s ministries, and spoken at women’s events. Her passion for children’s ministry shines, as she joyfully guides volunteers, kids, and families into God’s family.
